Week 8 in Literature

I cannot believe this class is already at the end. I can say that I enjoyed this class. All of the readings were new to me. My favorite author out of the ones we were assigned was William Blake. Since he was my favorite, he was the one I chose to do my team project over. I did enjoy the team project. I had a great team, and we all did our part. I know that is something everyone dreads when you have to do a team project, but not this team. We all stepped right in and did what we needed to. I will stop bragging about my team now. I will say that taking an 8 week class as a full time student who works a full time job is very tough. Even when three of my four classes are online classes.

Week 7 in Literature

This week I had to read "Mrs. Dalloway" by Virginia Woolf. I will start off say that I liked the book, but it did have its ups and downs. I did like that it was a novel that told a story of an event that happened in a day. I have never read a book like that before. But since it was told this way there were no chapters. I felt like since there were no chapters it was a little hard to follow. The reason for this is because the reader reads the book from different characters views, so it is a little challenging to tell what character is telling the story. I will say that this method of writing does help the reader to get to know each character.
